Mini Resectoscopy set (2.9 mm) is the hightlight of Maxer hysteroscopy range with a reduced diameter of 18 CH helps to reduce dialation of cervix and makes the procedure less invasive and reduces damages to cervix tissue. General anesthesia can be avoided. Surgeon is able to do all important hysteroscopy steps such as TCRE to diagnostic.
The use of 30° telescope allows visualisation of uteri through the use of telescope rotation. We offer operating sheaths with 2 fixed stopcocks and 5CH instrument port and continuous flow irrigation channel combined with instrument channel.
We offer a complete unit for bipolar saline resection with resectoscope working elements and a full range of all necessary electrodes. It helps to reduce TUR syndrome and is so safer for the patient.
