Maxer offers arthroscopy sets for different needs to maintain high quality vision throughout arthroscopic surgeries. The sets comprise of HD-cameras, shaver systems, pumps and set of mostly pin-less hinge instruments.
HD arthroscopes are the backbone of the Maxer arthroscopy system. These wide angle, completely autoclavable telescopes use sapphire at both ends to protect the optics from accidental damage by shavers. The sapphire cover glasses are active soldered, for further enhancing the durability.

The Max-Line newly designed pin-less hinge instruments are an example of state-of-the art German manufacturing. These thin tip instruments are easy to insert especially in harder to reach areas. With a slotted single piece outer shaft they provide sturdy design and longer durability.
