Our monitors are made in Germany in a completely closed aluminium housing. In the front is a break resistant gorilla glass which is double side anti reflection coated for reducing reflections. All buttons are behind waterproof pannel and can be cleaned with disinfectant liquids. The cooling system is fanless.
The MAXER – LED Light source offers a high light efficiency with a light intensity similar to 300 watt Xenon due to an innovative lamp technology The LED. The light can be controlled from the camera head. Automatic regulation of intensity is possible in conjunction with camera. The fiber optic cable adopter includes an optical sensor that allows switching on the bulb only when the cable is connected. Due to efficient use of cooling technologies, the light sources generate very low fan noise with minimum distraction to operating personal.
Maxer offers a “Made in Germany” range of insuflators to deliver up to 45 liter/min high flow without compromising the patients safety. In order to maintain a clear operating field optional Warmer Tube maintain clear operating field by reducing fogging. It also reduces hypothermia to patient. Ultra low flow can be used for pediatric surgery for safe and precise insufflation. An optional smoke evacution attachment operatable by foot switch is available.
Maxer supplies microprocessor controlled system of new generation pumps for arthroscopy, laparoscopy, spine endoscopy, hysteroscopy and urology. A newly developed redundant pressure measuring system ensures exact pressure. This ensures exact pressure measuring due to hydrostatic pressure compensation and gives the user safety and comfort during handling.
